Who Is a Muslim? - English

This document includes Quranic verses that define who a Muslim is. It lists most of the verses in the Quran that refer to certain prophets and their followers as Muslims!

In Islam, the definition of the term Muslim is someone who submits their life to God. Currently, this term is used only for those who embrace Islam and believe in the Prophet Muhammad.

As we will see in the following verses, the prophets and their followers who lived and died before the advent of Islam are also referred to as Muslims!
